Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed at our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times

Since we ship directly from our global partners to give you the best price, standard shipping times are usually:

• USA & Europe: 7-15 business days
  
• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking information that is sent via email within 24-48 hours after the order is shipped. You can track your order directly on our website or through the link provided in your email.

Lost/Missing Packages
ZRPartners is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
